Mar 26th: Closing Private Beta πŸŽ‰

Thank you all for joining us on this journey to build out Haystack!

You've all played a large part in driving the product and we hope to continue to improve based on your feedback.

‍

Updates:

  1. πŸš€We've recently launched new features we're excited about!
  2. 🚨 Our private beta program is coming to a close... (read more)

βœ‰οΈ Daily Alerts βœ‰οΈ

'Daily Alerts' help you keep on top of overworked developers, potentially delayed features, and work your team has completed. It's a good way to keep a pulse on the work being done, discuss potential issues with your team, and even a reminder to celebrate or give recognition!

‍

‍

‍

βš™οΈ Regex Support βš™οΈ

Not all pull requests are created equal. Now you can filter by Pull Request title or Member so you can get rid of those pesky 'WIP', 'Dev to Master', and 'dependabot' pull requests so you can focus on the ones that matter. Simply email the Haystack team and we can help setup your Regex Filters.

‍

‍

‍

πŸ“ˆ New Sprint Report Timeline πŸ“ˆ

Fixed the rendering issue for teams with concurrent work. We also added some colors to help visualize long pull requests (red) and lightning pull requests (yellow). We also added a hover state so you can see a bit more information about each pull request.

‍

‍

‍

βœ… More Pull Request Data βœ…

Added a lot more data to the Sprint Report Pull Request table so you can answer questions like:

"who worked on this pull request?"

"How long did it take?"

"How large was it?"

‍

‍

‍

πŸ” Date Scoping πŸ”

Wondering what your Cycle Time and Throughput looks like this month? What about your team's Activity Heatmap? Well, look no further. We just pushed additional date scoping for all your Macro Trends pages so you can see what your average metrics look like for the past 1 month, 3 months and 6 months.

‍

We're growing! πŸ˜ƒ πŸ™Œ

But our private beta is coming to an end.. πŸ˜₯

‍

Firstly, I'd like to thank you all for joining us so early on this journey. You have put up with some annoying emails, high cpu bugs, and were still nice enough to help us with your feedback.

With that said, we will be opening up our waitlist to new accounts and begin charging new customers $15/engineer/month starting April 7st.

We don't take this lightly and have given this an incredible amount of thought; but we have decided that in order for Haystack to improve; we need to expand.

‍

As a token of our appreciation for all your help, we won't be charging you standard pricing.

‍

Until April 7th all private beta users can "Choose your own price".

‍

How does it work?

  1. You'll be receiving a blank invoice
  2. Enter ANY non-zero number (even $0.01)
  3. We will lock-in that price for the next 6 months

‍

Thanks again for your continued support!
