Resolving bugs quickly after they are reported can directly play an important role in optimizing customer satisfaction. Full Resolution Time is an excellent way to measure this.

Now Haystack lets you choose between the JIRA issue created date and pull request created date as the bug start date to more accurately calculate your full resolution time.
