  2. Projects and items you are interested in.
  3. Information collected from you interacting with our website, our platform, our customer’s website, or communicated voluntarily by you via email or phone call

‍Haystack securely stores your data on Digital Ocean Cloud Services in the US-East region (New York), using commercially reasonable security practices.

Haystack is primarily a Processor of information. You have the ability to access and modify your data when it is on our platform by communicating with your employer.

‍Haystack would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Haystack from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Haystack Group.

‍Haystack would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  1. The right to access – You have the right to request Haystack for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service to cover the costs of retrieval.
  2. The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Haystack correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Haystack to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  3. The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Haystack erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  4. The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Haystack restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  5. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Haystack’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  6. The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Haystack transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Emails with any other subject line cannot be guaranteed to be responded to within the same timeframe.
